This was a renovation project to our kitchen, dining room, & powder room done by JKB Construction Ltd. JKB repaired the outside of our chimney and the resulting water damage along the side of our house due to a missing roof flashing. This job required installing the missing roof flashing to direct the rainwater away from our chimney and house side, repairing the previously badly repaired chimney bricks, painting the chimney, removing and repairing the rotted siding and removing and repairing the wet materials underneath. The job was completed quickly and efficiently in a timely manner. I would highly recommend JKB!

Having experienced several prior home renovations I decided to hire a “pro”. I was not disappointed! From the very first contact, Jeff Bain, President of JKB Construction, was quick to respond, made great suggestions, was flexible (I kept adding to the project when I saw how good he and his team were) provided detailed estimates, was on budget and on-time. The quality of work was excellent.

I have never written a review before and welcome the opportunity to recommend Jeff and JKB construction. My husband and myself have used Jeff and JKB construction on a number of occasions to do renovations on our home. Jeff has done 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen reno. and a huge deck construction. The bathrooms and kitchen were featured in a renovated homes tour. Jeff completed each project on the time line and budget as outlined. My husband is a stickler for details, and so is Jeff.
